Are you afraid and fearful of the loitering youths on 79Th Street between King Drive and Cottage Grove Avenue, transient young people who walk the streets at night, creating anxieties about the influx of young people of color from the torn-down projects and other areas of the city into Chatham? Should police crack down on these youths? And are you sick and tired of the so-called businesses up and down 79Th Street that cater to these youths to stay in the neighborhood?
